Return policy

 

We are committed to providing the best quality products and services to our customers. In case you are unsatisfied with our product and service, you may contact us using our customer support number or send a feedback email to care@paaneriindia.com. We will revert at the earliest with a solution. 

There will be "No Exchange/Return & No Refund" for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever.

 If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is processed and requests a refund, there will be a charge of 3% on the total refund amount which will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer.

In case www.paaneriindia.com has made the product as per the customer's measurement or if the product is "Made to Order" while placing the order, we follow the “No Return No Exchange” policy. In this case, www.paaneriindia.com shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.

In case of outer packing of the product is damaged then immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product, before accepting the package from the courier company. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark as proof on the delivery document.

We strive to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in case the item is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing defect, paaneriindia.com shall agree to provide credit to be used by the customer for further purchase. No refund will be provided in such a case.

In case of any other complaints about the product or our service, you can email www.paaneriindia.com at care@paaneriindia.com, within 2 days of product receipt. 

Paaneriindia.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product if the customer returns any product, before receiving confirmation from www.paaneriindia.com.

Return of products purchased under any offer or discount is not possible.

We recommend Professional Dry Cleaning for all products sold on our website.

Fabrics such as net, all types of silk, satin, cotton, linen, etc. do not come with any kind of Guarantee. 

Complaint mail 

Any complaint regarding the order should be made within 2 days of the receipt of the package. Complaint mail should contain comprehensive details of the defects/ complaints of every aspect of the order/ packing or delivery as we examine the returned products for all such defects/ variations that are defined in the customer’s email. 

Product Return 

All defective products being returned to www.paaneri.com shall be done only through registered airmail/courier. 

All shipping costs of returning the defective products to India over and above such amount paid by the customer towards Shipping & packaging charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely. 

All defective products along with a copy of the invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to www.paaneri.com within seven working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from www.paaneri.com.

Safe receipt of defective products by www.paaneriindia.com is the sole responsibility of the customer.

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, www.paaneriindia.com is unable to deliver certain products, the Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate products, www.paaneriindia.com shall agree to refund the amount against such non-deliverable products.

International Returns:

Paaneriindia.com does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, paaneriindia.com reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by the customs department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.

Cancellation

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of the date of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will process your refund for the item (s). You will be notified of the same.
