Customers must provide the complete, accurate and correct information in the order form.
Customs duties and any other levies or penalties in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable to pay any amount of it to the customer if they are charged. Our prices do not include the duties of any country.
The customer must provide for international couriers Minimum of 1 to 3 weeks for processing / delivering the orders (only working days are included). The processing time can be more than 3 weeks depending on the styles ordered. The customer can verify the making time with our customer care team.
If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is processed and requests a refund, there will be a charge of 3% on the total refund amount which will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer.
To provide our users/customers latest information and material, www.paaneriindia.com will make changes in the products or services described on this site from time to time. The prices displayed on the website are for Internet orders. Availability and prices of items are caused to change without prior notice. Any prices displayed on www.paaneri.com may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in any particular area and all products offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
Paaneriindia.com is not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors/shortcomings. The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly accurate values. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, there may be slight variations in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products.
Products purchased through Video call cannot be cancelled or returned.
Once the order status is processed it cannot be cancelled. Any ordered product cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of the order being placed.
There will be "No Exchange/Return & No Refund" for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever.
Multiple coupons cannot be used in a single order.
Coupons can't be applied after the purchase is complete. If you forgot to use your coupon code and it is now expired, watch for new coupons and offers in the future.
Paaneriindia.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
Any complaint regarding an order should be made within 2 days of the receipt of the package.
Regarding Stitching and Measurement: All measurements/sizes on our website are displayed in inches. Please note that the size guides are based on standard body measurements. Measure tapes can vary from company to company so there may be a difference of (plus/ minus) 0.5 or 1 inch in measurements. Our quality checking team checks all products before dispatch with the specified measurements given by the client. It may show a little difference between customer measure tapes to what our company may be using.

In case www.paaneriindia.com has made the product as per the customer's measurement or if the product is "Made to Order" while placing the order, we follow the “No Return No Exchange” policy. In this case, www.paaneri.com shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.
All our orders are packed in the best way possible for compressed accurate shipping. In any case, if there are any broken accessories like Latkans, Brooches, big stones..etc.. that are delivered due to mishandling in transit which is not in our control then we are not liable for any replacement. If in any case the replacement is demanded by the customer then the customer will have to bear an additional charge for the accessory with its shipping cost.
Please inform us before sending the product back to us for Alteration or Stitching. The customer will have to bear the shipping charges nationally / internationally. We will do the stitching/ alteration as per your specified measurements and send you back the product.
Any extra-large size will be charged ten percent (10%) extra or more on the price mentioned on the website.
All transactions are subject to Mumbai (Maharashtra) jurisdiction only.
We may offer merchandise on this Site at the same price at which it is offered in our retail stores, and our promotions may follow those that are in our retail stores. However, in some cases, the prices will be different because the Site and stores may choose to offer items at different prices or may run different promotional events at different times. For this reason, prices, offers, and promotions offered on this Site may not always apply in stores, and store prices and promotions may not always apply on this Site unless otherwise stated.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
